Marjac, I believe we, as a collective group of concerned investor/citizens, should formulate a well written plea to reform, replace or remove Hatch-Waxman. This law is dangerous to American interests, security, innovation and health and must be reformed. I was sitting at my computer typing a letter to Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris and realized that any letter should be well crafted with salient points that make the argument a powerful appeal to our senators. I hope you will help in this endeavor. I know Zmanindc has a good head start. This goes way beyond AMRN’s case and our individual losses. Thank you for your consideration.
