You too failed to read the 8-k. The agreement also put 60M other warrants that don't require extension into lock-up. The form 4 lead with semi-nonsense, yes, but the 8-k provided the details that you are missing.

Jerry, the delay in execution (May - Nov, 2020) used as consideration was not for the 29 M warrants the were to expire as you seem to think, it was for her other some 60 M warrants and options that were not expiring, so there is some real non contingent consideration being given. You may want to quibble about whether the consideration was adequate, but that is another discussion and certainly not nonsense.
