Kiwi...thanks...for me as most right now it is 100% about winning appeal..you said it best if "Singer can't win no one could" (may not be exact)..so I am optimistic and know we are giving it our absolute best shot.
And possible recusal from future proceedings in this case. We will see what happens. It doesn't matter if my Complaint has an effect on the Appeal. She violated Canon 3A(6), she needs to be held accountable independently of whatever happens on the Appeal.
Marjac mentioned the possibility that Du may be not get the case due to bias if it's remanded. Of course, there are 4 other Obama appointed justices waiting in the wings.
