Hi Postes ...I think it was a throw away comment to a local reporter that's getting far more attention than it deserves .
I look forward to seeing the response from which ever authority Marjac filed the complaint with. .

Note ...Marjac has acknowledged that this is unlikely to have any bearing on the outcome of the appeal trial ...and from memory ( please correct if necessary ) Singer is unlikely to use Marjac's complaint ...in trial.

So the end result ... a warning to be careful what you say in public for Judge Du ?
