If you want to believe WS, A-shares was because new funding was coming but WS took them. My bet would be on they were for the new funds. If said story was true that is...


The math would be right. 500 mil shares for 12.5 mil funding. Lee would hold some 640 mil of of 700. 88% of shares or higher like 90%. Our share would be worth about the same as the 3cent conversion of loan in cash. Hense the 20 million company Merge. Said company spent cash where merging company wants and we are worth way more with the IP the company has and Seaen is public.. Just saying...
