The issuance of A shares to WS was not the attack action. It was a response to Lee's actions. The disagreement started back in Dec/Jan when Sawyer and crew went to Korea. But who is to blame for the beginning? Still not clear.
Lee pulled funds back before the A shares. Why? Sawyer says they were used to fund other projects. I haven't seen what Lee says about where the funds are yet.
