If you were to re-examine the post to which you responded, you will see the glaring "IMO" at the very end. Insofar as the commission (of Atty Fritz, IMO?) is there anyone aware if she is still on retainer? Further, as far as the "last minute" is concerned -- when, pray tell, might that be? My experience with our little band of gypsies (over 10 years) has been far less than one of admiration. All IMO, of course.

Nothing is being 'dragged' as such. The review simply caused the case to go to the end of the reviews line. Its may be a simple decision or a difficult one but they have to wait their turn again. And if another revision is filed, guess what, back to the end of the line again.

Seems to me that someone said a couple of years back that this could happen. I wonder who that was?
