If you were to re-examine the post to which you responded, you will see the glaring "IMO" at the very end. Insofar as the commission (of Atty Fritz, IMO?) is there anyone aware if she is still on retainer? Further, as far as the "last minute" is concerned -- when, pray tell, might that be?
