Essential Functions

Oversees and directs treasury, budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, auditing, purchasing, long range forecasting, and insurance activities for the organization.
Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic strategies for the company.
Appraises the organization's financial position and issues periodic reports on organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth.
Directs preparation of budgets and reviews budget proposals.
Advises management about insurance coverage for protection against potential liabilities.
Provides management with reviews of organization's financial status and progress in its various initiatives.
Establishes relations with banks and other financial institutions.
Provides procedures and computer application systems necessary to maintain proper records and to afford adequate accounting controls and services.
Directs and coordinates the establishment of budget programs, tax reporting programs, and investor relations activities.
Oversees and directs the preparation of the company's annual report.
Analyzes operational issues impacting the institution and determines the financial impact.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position manages the bookkeeper and works our SEC financial consultant, parent company board audit committee and third-party audit firm(s).
This is a full-time position. This position regularly requires long hours Travel Some out-of-the-area and overnight travel is required. Required Education and Experience · Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) · 8-10 years of related industry experience.
