Nice to see something concrete from the SEC, however, but meaningless and it's another year of delays and squatting for the principal and pals.
If only they shut down the two stocks. Zombie companies with no reason to be publicly trading. Perhaps the DOJ will intercede before Christmas. Otherwise, nothing happening til 2021. Guess we'll see the rest of the mgm challenge after all.

Let the shareholders hold shares in the principals mighty private companies. They've gotten nothing so far.

What??? I thought this was settled according to David

SEC & NTEK Settled in 2019 with no Fines or Penalties. NTEK no longer involved in any action with SEC against River North or anyone else.

NEWS: SEC V FOLEY JOINT STATUS REPORT

Anyone following the plot saw the court document posted that stated a joint status report was due on May 18, 2020, as this case is now kicking back into gear post Covid 19.

David Foley called that court document and the assertion that anything would be filed "fake news."

Guess what hit PACER last night (May 18, 2020)?

$5,000,000 in disgorgement alone? Ouch. And with the civil penalties, you're looking at nearly double that amount? I see lil' bro Jeffey and ol' pal Bennie are getting nicked as well. There goes the holiday card.

Does the SEC participate in plea deals?

I ask, because those numbers for Bennie and the imbecile Jeffy are awfully low. I mean, Bennie actively recruited idiots to buy NTEK stock, and was well-paid for his efforts. Or is it normal for the SEC to slap the hands of corrupt stock promoters?

I mean, a couple hundred grand each is easily accomplished for most adults, just by second-mortgaging the house. Not pleasant, but not like the David money, which he won't be paying back in this or even the next lifetime.

There's still time for David to claim his wife is an idiot that he used in furtherance of his scheme, and try to get some measure of forgiveness for her out of the system. Sure, it's her name on Royal Capital, but he can say she'd just sign any piece of paper he put in front of her.

'Cause he's done, right? He can at least show a drop of class and protect his wife, whom he dragged into a criminal scheme that never had any chance of success at all.
