The principal sure won't be paying any SEC fines or penalties. I don't see anyone ever paying the SEC what is owed. I don't even know how they collect anything from their lawsuits.
Perhaps they already know nothing is going to happen to the wife because of a minor child. He must be a teenager by now, so who knows his standing.
And all the money numbers are what they could scrape together or find in existing accounts. I don't think the SEC is scratching the surface.
