Referring to the judgements 76/77, something about relief for the two company scams.

I think the SEC is basically saying that the two phony companies have no assets or property to gain a credit from, a lot like the BK's.
So, they're not going to waste time and money pursuing empty worthless corp shells. The owner of the company is the one with the ill gotten gains.
