marjac, please see link below. I spoke with Jennifer Smith just now. My question to Jennifer was when did the interview take place in order for it to appear in the May issue, her reply was 3 months before the publication of the May issue so that would imply that Judge Du was interviewed in February for the May issue right smack in the middle of Amarin's patent lawsuit.
