Immediately post-trial with an important multi-billionaire dollar ruling hanging in the balance, Judge Du is glibly referring to the subject product as "fish oil", even though all of the evidence says it is not fish oil, and is distinctive from fish oil.
L - any chance you can speak to her again and ask if there is anything she can recall from the interview pertaining to fish oil / Amarin? Perhaps it was not interesting to her back then to document / publish?
