You can check the Colorado SOS to find the amendments that were filed by Halberd Corp to reduce the A/S and do a name change to Technology Health Inc. There is only one Halberd Corp. (Technology Health Inc. now).

You are correct but it has no trading ticker. The ticker was moved to Halberd Transition Corporation per filings with CO SOS.
