Hi, I'm in a hurry, but look at the dates of the 2 documents that are shown in the Merger document of Halb Corp. The plan of reorganization is dated March March 23, 2020. The amendments that were filed and relate to the retirement of the outstanding shares, were all filed in april. So the 2 billion mentioned in the merger agreement is correct, the A/S was lowered in April to 800 million.
Yesterday, 05/16/2020 a new Amendment was filed by Technology Health Inc, A/S 800 million. Here's the link:
