Hi, yes these shares have been retired already. The old A/S was 2 billion and is 800 million now. The O/S was 482 million and is 302 million now. OTC markets changed the security details accordingly on 05/08/2020:

You can check the Colorado SOS to find the amendments that were filed by Halberd Corp to reduce the A/S and do a name change to Technology Health Inc. There is only one Halberd Corp. (Technology Health Inc. now). There was also a Halb Transition Corp that merged to Alaric Corp on 05/14/2020. Another Halberd LLC has no relation to Halberd Corp.
