My take on judge Du...She is very smart and competent...otherwise she would not have attained the position, which she now holds...when the Amarin vs. Generics case crossed her desk, she saw it as an opportunity to emerge from relative obscurity and establish her credentials as a judge, who is unfriendly to patents...in the hope that it might possibly enhance her career...by being promoted to higher courts in the future...she not evil...she is just ambitious.
