#272865 RE: Retire2019 #272855

Retire, Marzan, MontanaState

MontanaState- I agree terrible position to be in. Certainly seems like JT is stubborn. But I keep going back to the singular reason most people do things and that is to serve their own individual self interest. JT, more than any other person, stands to gain the most by change of control. Last I saw over 10million shares convert so he certainly has an intrinsic self indulgent reason to capture optimal $.

Marzan-I know you’ve been calling for buyouts repeatedly and many may dismiss it like the “boy who cried wolf” but the “divergent pathways “ as Amrn mentioned are certainly pointing towards something. Now, I don’t have a % guess if that’s a bo on the horizon but I would say the “could be better” camp is probably onto something

Retire19- you raise some good points. The end of January saw Baker shave 9 million the scuttlebutt was the BoD was close to saying yes and then had a change of heart. Of course, that’s all rumor and innuendo but that seems too often what Amrn investors have to rely on. I look at it like this- appeal is the ultimate challenge . JT knows even w a strong case, great public support, Du errors, the selection of judges could negate outcomes effectively terminating any viable chance of appeal win. I have never met JT personally but I know those that have and calculating, analytical these are indeed words that describe him well. Those qualities lead me to believe there are happenings with which we are unaware and very fluid.
