Well I’ll believe what news the company puts out.

I understand what you are saying but this site has been owned by the previous proprietors for some time so there’s every chance it’s in different condition and has been maintained in a different way to the ones you describe several thousand miles away.

This company wouldn’t have bought this site unless it was economically viable to use it for the purposes that they want to use it for.

That’s all part of the process of due diligence. Isn’t it?
