Actually, no. Taking what principals of a penny stock tell you at face value is NOT "DD".

I have seen evidence from others that leads me to think the site may be leased by the principals, not owned.

Heck, do you even know for a fact that they even lease the site? Have you researched property tax records to even know?

What about the known history of the principals?
