Everything is listed and will be listed in the financials posted on otcmarkets as we know. Where shares have went and for what. All shares issued do not go right to market either. Not how it works when using them as they are. In fact most here are held by insiders/directors, issued to insiders/directors and for acquisitions they have made over past years, etc and will not be hitting the market instantly nor anytime soon imo. Insider/director and acquisition shares have lock up periods and rules regarding their sales. No director that I know has even sold any shares here as long as I have been here either which is key. MAJOR part of my stance on ANY pubco is how the directors hold their positions and that there is ZERO toxic financing in the mix. Key! Some of the most important parts of any pubco out here OTC or not. But they have utilized their equity rather wisely considering where the company came from and where it is now. Where it is going. Strategic. Not just some random toxic money raising/share issuance that hits the market as toxic funders shares typically do in the market. Again they have been very strategic and smart about what they have issued or will issue.
Also when an insider/director sells too there are not only guidelines and leak out agreements but also have to disclose the sales publicly via filing or other Otcmarkets reporting. If insiders are riding it out it says A LOT too and they are from the financials and other otc filing submissions.
