So no trademark infringement using the term liquid-metal versus Liquidmetal? The general public will never know or care about the difference between Liquidmetal using BMG and Xerox or any other manufacturer using a Liquid-Metal alloy concoction.
Not sure some manufacturers (Xerox as they are not the end user) would care either, this could cut both ways benefiting and hurting the LQMT brand. What’s the general consensus on this and is it something Li can/should defend. TWT&GLTALongs
