Of course they are not labeled as such, but it still a true statement, and one that many posts here have assumed.

Au contraire! There are hundreds of penny stocks trading on the OTC that are not labeled "Caveat Emptor", while accompanied by the skull & cross-bones symbol.

Certainly any investor knows to "buyer beware" of penny stocks, no? It's called "penny-land" for a reason, no? Are there exceptions? Yes. Is DECN one of those exceptions? No.

High risk - high reward / loss. All stocks are a gamble, some more than others - pennies more than most.
