Certainly any investor knows to "buyer beware" of penny stocks, no? It's called "penny-land" for a reason, no? Are there exceptions? Yes. Is DECN one of those exceptions? No.

High risk - high reward / loss. All stocks are a gamble, some more than others - pennies more than most.

High risk - high - reward That is true. But investors should not have to worry about whether Bozo Berman is lying or embellishing. No way he could produce 525 million units with only one manufacturer, The BiO.

No way the technology was perfected at the time he wrote that release. He hadn't even tested anything.
