Au contraire! There are hundreds of penny stocks trading on the OTC that are not labeled "Caveat Emptor", while accompanied by the skull & cross-bones symbol.

Actually, as is different than DECN, hundreds of penny stock companies are actually fine with registering with the SEC and being obligated to file an annual Financial Audit, announce important Material Events, and report Insider stock transactions! DECN does none of these!!!

My evidenced-backed response to a simple question contained in the previous post, was the product of solid DD and included accurate fact-driven information!
