Kiwi - what do you think would be worse; 1) losing appeal and GIA in EU or 2) losing appeal and sell EU rights?

My default assumption is we won’t appeal (zippo faith in our court system doing the right thing). Therefore, company must be sold

Agree fully Kiwi. If they truly are thinking about GIA in Europe (and its not just bluster to get a better deal) then they are truly delusional.
