Rose, Kiwi, Penny for your thoughts. Do either of you think it would be a good idea for the company to make any decisions about the European market before the appeal is sorted out? If we loose the US market, the calculus for Europe is not the same as if we win the appeal. I have trouble believing a decision on Europe will happen until we have clarity on the US market.

That's a great illustration of how GIA is a giant PIA. I'll be the first to admit that.

Just to clarify: GIA being default isn't the same as being preferred. GIA is fraught with risk and burden, but in the absence of a reasonable partnership or BO offer... in that sense it's the default. Credit to raf for stating that previously (and more poignantly).
