AMRN did not want to settle!!
The generics and AMRN will settle one way or the other unless AMRN wins appeal.

Over and over the generics get cracker crumbs if they don't settle..that is the FACT.

Why would they not settle?

So they can sell a few hundred million a year split up amongst many untill V disappears into the sunset.
