... there are still issues between JPMC & the FDIC being resolved ... the "PROOF" of that is clearly displayed on the FDIC site, with the DB and WMB Notes Claims not yet Paid' as settled with "Globic" ...

... Those WMB' Unresolved ISSUES remain separate from the now reorganized WMI, "WMIH-Corp" trading as symbol COOP', ... Those original WMI Holding Company Issues have been settled with the GSA, and with the now completed WMIIC / WMI "Reorganization" and the Termination of the BK's ...

There has been way tooooooo' much confusion regarding what the WMI-LT could do ?, and what it couldn't do' ... the WMI-LT is over', done', completed', ... buckets of 75/25 fun, LTI's to be issued, and crazy numbers, were always nothing more than a pipe dream'

"WMIH-Corp", name changed to (the)*Mr Cooper Group, trading as symbol "COOP" can and will move forward on its own accord' ... many of the original WMI Holding Company's assets were originally held at WMB', ... BUT not all of them ...

"Tracking Markers" depict ones original choice of ownership', ... they are a counting mechanism able to be used by the "Transfer Agent" directing the DTC to make a distribution, if one is to come' ...

"Good Morning AzCowboy, I am hopeful to see activity in our "Tracking Markers" / ESC Cusips soon, but feel this delay is manly has to do with issues between FDIC and JPMC.

AS for COOP I would think we will see / hear something relating to the new WMIH-Corp parent company by April 30th 1st quarter release date. It seen to coincide with the possible funds that RD has posted going to DTC for distribution.

If there was no hard penalty clause within the Settlement agreement a company like JPM would for sure abuse their powers using their army of Attorneys to cause these delays."
