Good Morning AzCowboy, I am hopeful to see activity in our "Tracking Markers" / ESC Cusips soon, but feel this delay is manly has to do with issues between FDIC and JPMC.

AS for COOP I would think we will see / hear something relating to the new WMIH-Corp parent company by April 30th 1st quarter release date. It seen to coincide with the possible funds that RD has posted going to DTC for distribution.

If there was no hard penalty clause within the Settlement agreement a company like JPM would for sure abuse their powers using their army of Attorneys to cause these delays.
