OK, with that narrative, Lee was scamming everybody, and EMPM remains a completely empty shell... so, what's the attraction for an investor? Sawyer is throwing good money after bad with the lawsuit. Lee still owns a huge block of shares... EMPM is still a subsidiary of Lee's alleged parent company...
