I think youre misrepresenting what happened - Sawyer is a seasoned US CEO, he knows what he is doing. Korean bloke Lee, thought he could walk iff and do something else after signing a contract ti fund EMPM, aint happening. Now the clown is lying to Korean shareholders about why the lawyer has been retained in US - unless he isnt lying and has decided to proceed with Sawyer. Like a child he is.
