Your optimism is nice. My money says the debtholders won't let anything happen without getting their pound of flesh. I've followed this one in multiple tickers and they all end with a ZERO share price.

Making it more attractive, on nthe shell SALE listing it clearly states that the note holders are willing to take 50% discount on the debt owed.
