The debt is miniscule....Approx 225-250,and the four note/holders,could convert,but can,t this T/A has them by the short/hairs,No Share Reserve...They need a sale,want a sale...new T/A...Look,LDSR was a debt ridden shell,Dec 2017...Had 1 billion shares in litigation owned by oversea entity,on top of that had 3.3 billion shares O/S..Yet the shell was sold Dec 2017....Was buying it in trip 7,8,9s in January had 5.5 mill shares....Set a 52 wk high early March 2017 of .0264 and ran with O/S 3.3 billion,and pending outside litigation on another 1 billion....When it hit that high had a market cap of 8 million dollars based on nothing,S--t...This shell will be sold...God/speed on vaccine,drugs to combat this pandemic.
