They had some minor conversions in late 2017,had to stop because Company stopped filing...Now they can convert,however there is no share reserve with T/A...At this point they will take pennies on the dollar...BTW TGRR with no asset base,other than building a restaurant in St/Martin traded at 10 cents,again based on the building on one restaurant..God/speed on vaccine .drugs to combat this pandemic
