i would like to share some knowledge reguarding market makers with you
first of all no market maker has a vendetta against this or anyother stock....vendettas are counter productive...
now taking into account we already know we are dealing with shorts and disgruntled shareholders...
a market maker plays a stock based on the day not the company....
if a stock opens strong they will run it if it opens weak they will take a short position to capitolize off the weakness.....
when the market turns the market maker will turn with it but very few mm,s will hold more than a few days and he doesnt care which side of it hes on as long as its moving in his direction........
now a hedgefund WILL take a vendetta on a stock and in alot of cases will even try to force the company out of business so that they dont have to cover the shares they shorted.....
i believe we have a case of mm,s playing the weakness as well as possibly a few hedgefunds and of course the ever present disgruntled shareholder........
