Hey Ya'all, some excitement here this morning :-)
Well I have good and bad news.
Good: Seems we have some more deals falling in place, and the company is in for more fast growth.
Bad: TMG was DILUTED out of their strong position and Pawson isnt taking their advice. A lot more shares(sorry no figures) are coming due over the next year.
Plan is continue buyback and if we dont get support soon, possible 10:1 or much more R/S. next year.
They want this listed on the NASDQ and need the price up.
They survived one, but could we survive another RS?
Man I own a ton, and hope this doesnt RS only to be shorted down!
Maybe the E coming off and a couple good quarterlies will help.
Ideas? I usually bail prior to a RS, but Im thinking of holding. I only know this will take us much longer to realize major profit.
Any penny pros here that have been with a company like this before?
