Right now the world is at a state with the Wuhan virus - where we all wake up every morning and 'pitch our self' if it's real'.
But what Amarin has had to go through - I fully understand (and Back UP) John Thero's decision - to fight hard with hard.
If US society is more interested in maintaining 'money - corruption' before helping big parts of population with serious Cardiovascular Disease's - then 'So be It'.
If lose Appeal' - JT and Amarin are closing in USA. They are not going to use marketing millions to 'Clear the way for Generic Thives'. ------------------------------
To me that is exactly the right approach. Amarin has the drug that Especially USA need - but with the treatment from authorities (and cynical money makers) I would leave too.
In the future US CV patients - can order Vascepa from EU supplier (or generics 'maybe' - in some 3- 5 years' - if they ever manage to even produce a product worth paying for).
