JL, I would love an investigation in this judge's ruling. I'm surprised the FDA and the US PTO are not allowed to opine on such a case or contribute to it's fact finding and reasons for their granting of patents and approval and NCE rulings. The only fault I find (this is meant in jest, as my wife just corrected me in explaining someone at work, she was in jest also), is that you refer to Judge Miranda as a moron. My wife pointed out, you have to use "maroon" (a la Bugs Bunny) as it is not politically correct to call someone a moron. Lol!

My wife and I just 2 seconds ago had our conversation and then I read your post just now. HaHa! It's moron. You are correct. This has passed the cartoon stage. Plus, I hold more esteem for Bugs Bunny than this judge.
