HDG, there should be a patent that comprise TG>500 and R-I as TG>500 MACE rate might be different than other TG ranges. Amarin might have that patent already.

Does it matter a whit legally re patent infringements that one set of patients with TG>500 in R- IT were having TG> 500 reduced to reduce CV risk; while in MARINE they were having it reduced for a multitude of potential non-CV reasons... like reducing pancreatitis risk.....
