there should be a patent that comprise TG>500 and R-I as TG>500 MACE rate might be different than other TG ranges. Amarin might have that patent already.

Meanwhile I do not think that this type of patent is exist … if exist: is not relevant. TG > 500 is one parameter only … MARINE indication is about "reduce TG", R-IT is about "CVE" … (e.g. from the Order: "the REDUCE-IT benefits “actually result[ed] from something other than” the claimed method of reducing triglycerides, which precludes any finding of nexus."
