Ham, the question I asked was fairly vague. To be more precise. Do you think this was JT saying come back to the table and talk. Or in your words we will burn down the forest and no one will see any profit. This was the most interesting part of the cc for me.

There is no way AMRN is doing a generic IMHO
Its partner /sell for EU and RISK go down fighting in the appeal ...unless calmer heads prevail and find a settlement
