It would be really hard to promote something like this I have to admit. Lipstick can be applied to a pig and the result for all to see would be a pig wearing lipstick. Stevie Wonder would be able to see it wasn’t Raquel Welch.
There is a ton of proof of it. Just have to check the history. Promotion occurring and suddenly stopping right before certain moves or announcements. One of the best ones was massive promotion leading up to the initial court dismissal back in March 2019. Big promos then suddenly it stopped on March 13th! Then the announcement of the case came 3/26, and CRASH and massive dumping. Then suddenly the promotion spun up again on 4/2 and the next day new PR's come out.
Easy to check historical public record, this pattern has continued with VPLM over many cycles. Easy to check it
