Some "investors" don't need any "promotion". They believe an Emu is their god and believe anything he says, thus keep buying crap instead of good, usable products or good investments.
Others know that there is a cabal who effectively drive the price up & down just enough to make money on a regular basis. This can go on indefinitely. Pump & hump!
