Larryb., please, I welcome opinion, that's what this board is for. I'm sure many others can perform the winning chances bet better than I, based on experiences direct or otherwise.
But, the overall realilty is exquisitly summed up by JL's description: "A baby can see it". I would agree, if Du's Obviousness ruling wasn't entirely based on incorrect calculations. Unless she can prove numbers don't lie, she has nothing. Even worse, the board pointed out, that she cut and pasted the defense's version of the Kura graph (cropped with ommission) originally crafted to deceive, and used it for her own conclusions.
Are we too believe, pardon for the description, that these high level Judges have some sort of mental disabilities?
