I don’t want to burst your bubble but there is no reason to be more confident in IP today than before trial started.

I know many want to cling for belief appeal will win but reality is odds are long.

It may be unpopular to say but it is a dire situation. I agree Du is wrong, procedural error, etc but to think Amrn is golden is not accurate. If the company believes as you do then it’s likely another cliff dive a year later.

Reality is hard to face. But odds of appeal victory are long
