bio. if the marine patents have been invalidated ....current ruling ...they aren't infringing anything .

I agree with Bfost and Pdude on what the pharmacist will provide ...ie what is indicated on the formulary which will be the lowest cost generic

In that case it would be infringement on Reduce It patents which has not been litigated. Correct? (trying to keep up here)
