JL let me try to understand. What you are saying is that there is no way that a prescription could be filled for reducing high triglycerides with generic vascepa. The reason being that the insurer will use the cheapest alternative to fill that and that as of current pricing will be generic lovaza.
So if that is true, then it only can be true that any generic vascepa prescritions filled would have to be for other indications .
thus infringement.
