I see you point skip but I’m a new stock trader and even I would average down if I believed in a stock. Any experienced investor would average down or set a stop loss.

Hard telling what will happen though. Food for thought.

I think that's the obvious motivation, but I think that the effect of driving the share price up, if they knew this was going to happen, is possibly an even bigger motivation. Who would have guessed that it would go from .00005 to .0005???

That's a 10x increase in a matter of days for someone who played their cards right.

I hear the buyback theories but it doesn't make sense to me>>>

1. They were selling 50m a week not too long ago
2. They have not disclosed any payments or settlements
3. You can't announce a R/S in order to drive down the price and buy back shares.. I don't think that's legal.

I just can't imagine that this R/S goes through but will sure be happy if it does. Either way, I'm glad to see the pop for everyone who has stuck around through all of this... and frankly, management was beat up pretty bad. I posted about how responsive the CEO was when I texted and he seemed like a genuine guy who wanted to succeed. If they pull this off... a lot of folks here are going to owe some huge apologies.

I totally agree! I am playing this 2 ways. First I'm leaving the small amount of shares I have in Schwab that I have had for awhile and not touching those so that I will receive my 100 shares post rs. Then in my tda account I'm buying now and hoping it continues to go up so that I can sell for a gain and not worry about losing my post split shares(which I won't get anyway in that account).
